Well done James - you have made significant progress with your research. I like the responses to the 5 key areas of research. This is a good starting point, however you will need more depth to these comments - back up with quotations and statistics.
There are still some areas that you need to research in more detail - Digital Rights Management and the current debates raging with Sony and EMI and Apple. Look in more detail at how our expereince of music has changed - who ipod successfully targeted, the non-linear approach to consuming music. Also consider how Web 2.0 (interactivity, community - see article in handbook) has had an impact for users.
